Description
The NANOCOLOR® Silica Standard Test Kit is for the photometric determination of silica.
In acidic solution dissolved silica and silicates react with ammonium molybdate to form yellow silicomolybdic acid. This is reduced to a blue compound by addition of a reducing agent.
